About Alpaca

ALPACA began its journey in 2014 as Unicorn Solutions, a trusted technology partner for global insurance firms. As a key subcontractor for Contemi, Unicorn delivered digital transformation projects for top insurers in Vietnam (Bao Viet and Bao Minh), and insurtech companies in Singapore (MyInsurer, Singlife, Zensur, and 360F).

In 2020, ALPACA was officially established with core team from Unicore, with a vision to become a leading IT solutions provider for the non-life insurance sector in Vietnam. Over the years, ALPACA has played a vital role in modernizing the insurance industry, enabling insurers to streamline operations, and enhance digital capabilities with a dedicated team across Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. In 2024, ALPACA became a part of TPISoftware Corporation, marking a new phase of growth and innovation.
